Landscape Crew Leader
Location: Latham, NY
Position: Full-Time, Permanent, On Site
Compensation: $25-$35/hour (based on experience and certifications)
Overview: Lead a crew in executing landscape maintenance tasks, including planting, trimming, mowing, and fertilizing, while managing equipment and ensuring quality work.
Responsibilities: Direct crew members, plan daily tasks, maintain open communication with management and clients, diagnose turf and shrub conditions, and operate landscape equipment properly.
Qualifications: Love for the outdoors, valid driver's license, landscaping experience, leadership background, and willingness to obtain necessary certifications.
