Key Highlights of the Role:
Position: Labor Trainer
Location: Fremont, CA
Focus: Training and development of production employees (ILUO, quality, safety, and process training)
Pay for role: $23/hour base + $1 graveyard shift premium = $24/hr.
Candidate Profile Were Looking For:
Minimum 1+ year experience in automotive, production, or quality environment
Strong communication skills (English required; Spanish/Vietnamese a plus)
Experience with training, coaching, or mentoring employees
Familiarity with production processes, quality standards, and 5S
Comfortable working on the floor and supporting operations
Additional Notes:
Candidates must be able to meet the physical requirements of a manufacturing environment (standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, etc.)
Flexibility with schedule is important to support training needs across shifts
