Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Junior Process Engineer with hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing and Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA). This role supports manufacturing operations by improving process efficiency, training production staff, and ensuring high-quality electronic assemblies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically skilled, and capable of working in a fast-paced production environment.

Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM
Pay Rate: $23-$25 per hour
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Key Responsibilities
- Read and interpret engineering prints, schematics, and work instructions.
- Support and improve assembly processes using through-hole, surface mount (SMT), and mixed-technology methods.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of electronic components and Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs).
- Operate and support production equipment including screen printers, pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, and through-hole automation.
- Maintain a strong understanding of process flow and plant layout to support efficient manufacturing.
- Supervise, train, and develop production personnel on efficient and standardized assembly techniques.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and assist in resolving process and quality-related issues.
- Perform additional duties as required to support manufacturing operations.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing or PCBA, with exposure to electronic assembly.
- Strong knowledge of SMT, through-hole, and mixed-technology assembly processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with the ability to develop and execute corrective action plans.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with flexibility, good time management, and strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and relevant industry software.
- Ability to produce high-quality work under project timelines and operational constraints.
