The Jr. Network Engineer, reporting to the Chief Innovation Officer, is responsible for supporting, configuring, and maintaining network infrastructure including LANs, WANs, and related systems.
- Assist in troubleshooting network issues, monitor performance, and ensure security and availability of network services.
- Support network devices, design and deploy networks, and maintain security protocols.
- Collaborate with senior staff on projects, perform security monitoring, and recommend upgrades.
- Qualifications include an associate's degree or technical certification, basic networking knowledge, and problem-solving skills.
The role involves leadership responsibilities such as training and evaluating team members, with occasional evening or weekend work. No budget oversight or regular travel is required.
