We're seeking a Journeyman Solar Electrician to provide hands-on electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair across multiple PV and BESS sites.
- Perform system diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and equipment repairs on solar and electrical components.
- Install, remove, and maintain solar, BESS, and related electrical equipment while ensuring safety protocols.
- Coordinate with teams, contractors, and clients, and document site visits and repairs.
- Lead safety initiatives and uphold compliance with industry standards.
- Must hold a MA Journeyman license with at least 1 year of electrical experience. Certifications in inverter/BESS, thermography, NABCEP PV, OSHA 30, NFPA 70E, CPR/First Aid are preferred.
Physical demands include working outdoors in various weather, climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and using PPE.
