A large banking and financial services client is looking for an experienced IT Lead to join the Treasury Management System team. This individual should come with a strong background in the banking/financial services domain and experience with large scale system integrations and strong knowledge on data migration. This Lead will head the system integration and migration of their current TMS platform, ensuring smooth interoperability and accurate data transfer between banking systems and external platforms. This person should have extensive experience utilizing .NET technologies where applicable for application development, customization, & seamless integration while mentoring junior team members, providing technical guidance, promoting Agile methodology, fostering professional growth, and enhancing team dynamics. This individual will also be leading the collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements, define objectives, deliver scalable IT solutions and will be responsible for maintaining effective communication across all stakeholder groups, bridging technical and non-technical perspectives. They will leverage in-depth knowledge of business functions, business processes and key objectives to develop solutions aligned with business needs, create and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications, technical designs, user manuals, & progress reports,
oversee and support testing to ensure the reliability, scalability, and compliance of solutions within the banking domain, and follow IT security best practices, policies, and procedures in support of IT security programs
Utilize .NET technologies where applicable for application development, customization, and seamless integration.

Skills and Requirements
- Degree or equivalent work experience in related discipline (Computer Science, Information Systems, etc.)
- Solid understanding of project methodology, SDLC process, Identify Access Management (IAM), Single Sign On, Active Directory, Managed File Transmission process
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to create solutions
- Utilize .NET technologies where applicable for application development, customization, and seamless integration.
