**This is a hybrid position requiring roughly 50% onsite at our Northlake IT testing location**
Description:The IT Device & Test Lab Specialist supports Emory Digital's Testing team by leading complex test lab operations and ensuring readiness of devices, workstations, and testing environments that support enterprise applications and device testing initiatives. This role serves as a senior technical resource responsible for overseeing configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of physical and remote testing environments across Windows, Apple, and supported enterprise systems. The Senior Specialist leads complex testing initiatives, supports device qualification efforts, partners with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues, and drives process improvements that enhance testing efficiency, consistency, and operational readiness. This role operates with a high degree of independence and serves as a subject matter expert for testing environment readiness, device configuration, and operational support.
