Seeking an experienced instructional leader to oversee elementary ELA & Math intervention systems for grades 4-6. This role involves designing, implementing, and refining targeted support strategies to help students achieve grade-level proficiency, collaborating with teachers, school leadership, and district teams. Responsibilities include student placement, progress monitoring, curriculum support, coaching, data analysis, and planning summer and after-school interventions. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of instructional leadership, 3+ years of ELA & Math teaching experience, a relevant credential, and proficiency in data-driven instruction models. Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred.
