Archer Insurance Agency is a fast-growing, multi-state insurance agency with a high-volume personal lines operation.

This role supports a large volume of client activity across multiple states and requires someone who can stay organized, responsive, and consistent throughout the day.


This role involves handling a steady flow of calls, requests, and follow-ups throughout the day.


We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative who can manage incoming requests, handle service work efficiently, and keep daily operations running smoothly.


This role is the front line of our agency and plays a critical role in maintaining client experience and operational flow.


You will play a critical role in maintaining client experience and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks, while handling incoming calls, service requests, policy changes, and carrier alerts across multiple markets.


This is a fast-paced, detail-heavy role that requires strong organization, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple tasks without dropping the ball.

Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls and assisting clients
  • Processing policy changes (adds, deletes, endorsements)
  • Handling billing questions and payments
  • Managing carrier alerts and follow-ups
  • Supporting the sales team with service-related tasks
  • Ensuring all client requests are handled quickly and accurately

Requirements
  • Insurance experience preferred (Personal Lines ideal)
  • California P&C license preferred (or willingness to obtain)

  • Comfortable handling client calls and service requests
