The Instructor/Coach role involves delivering group golf instruction for juniors and adults, supporting player development programs under the guidance of the Director of Instruction.
Primary responsibilities include teaching, coaching, managing administrative tasks such as registration and payments, and assisting with private lessons when approved. The position is mainly based at the Learning Center, with occasional assistance in special events or activities.
Qualifications include PGA/LPGA membership or active pursuit, at least one year of instruction experience, familiarity with modern teaching technology, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and organizational abilities.
Responsibilities encompass leading group classes, overseeing practice facilities, supporting private instruction, maintaining teaching tools, performing administrative duties, and community engagement.
