Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our remote sales team. In this role, you will connect with prospective clients via phone and digital channels to educate them on our insurance products and guide them through the sales process.
This is a 100% commission-based position, offering unlimited earning potential for a driven professional who enjoys building relationships and closing sales remotely.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries from potential clients
Present insurance solutions tailored to clients’ needs and budgets
Guide clients through the application process and address questions
Maintain detailed records of client interactions in CRM systems
Follow up consistently to nurture leads and close sales
Collaborate with team members to optimize the customer experience
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals

Requirements
Experience in inside sales, customer service, or telemarketing preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented with excellent time management
Comfortable working remotely and using CRM software
Life & Health insurance license or willingness to obtain within 30 days
