POSITION PURPOSE: As the Infrastructure Engineer, Productivity, you will manage and optimize our Microsoft collaboration platforms environment, including SharePoint site creation and permission management, leading data migration projects from other platforms into SharePoint, developing automated workflows using Power Automate, supporting our Microsoft Copilot environment (including Copilot readiness and governance), and ensuring overall system performance, security, and integration with Microsoft 365 services. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of SharePoint administration experience with a strong grasp of SharePoint architecture and governance, hands-on expertise with related Microsoft 365 technologies such as Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Copilot (including Copilot Studio).

Familiarity supporting Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment, including content permission hygiene, oversharing risk mitigation, and aligning Microsoft Purview controls (e.g., sensitivity labels, retention, and DLP) to enable responsible use.
Exposure to Copilot Studio concepts such as environments, connectors, publishing, and lifecycle management for custom copilots is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support end-users and work with cross-functional teams.

Actual base salary considers several factors including but not limited to geography, job-related knowledge, experience, and budget. The start of the salary range is typically associated with the minimum experience required. At CIM, base pay is one part of the total compensation package. This role is eligible for bonus pay in addition to base salary. The anticipated base salary range for the position in Los Angeles, CA is $108,000 - $115,000.
