Cristo Rey Jesuit High School is seeking a mission-driven, adaptable educator or youth development professional to join our team in a unique hybrid role supporting both classroom instruction and academic operations.

This is a part-time (20-28 hours/week), benefits-eligible position that works from August 2026 through June 2027.
What You'll DoBe a consistent presence for students by providing on-demand classroom coverage and maintaining a strong, supportive learning environment
Collaborate with school leaders (Deans, Assistant Principal, Principal) to keep academic systems, events, and communications running smoothly
Build relationships across the school community-students, staff, families, and volunteers

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree required
- Bilingual in Spanish & English (required)
- Experience in education, youth programming, or community-based work strongly preferred
- Classroom teaching experience or licensure is a plus
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
