The IDD Administrative Assistant supports the development disability application process by assisting the IDD Specialist with applicant management, communication, and documentation.
They will contact families, update records in Microsoft OneNote, and may co-facilitate community informational sessions.
The role requires strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills, with a focus on detail and flexibility.
Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED, proficiency in Microsoft Office, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently.
This part-time position (20 hours/week) reports to the IDD Supervisor and involves supporting youth and adult applicants within the Care Management Department.
