We are seeking an HR Generalist to support employee relations, benefits, payroll, and culture at our Clifton Park Fulfillment Center.
In this fast-paced role, you will handle investigations, coaching, and employee inquiries, lead projects like culture and wellness initiatives, and assist with recruiting and onboarding.
Candidates should have 3+ years of HR experience, strong employee relations skills, and the ability to adapt and drive change.
Key qualities include excellent communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.
