We are seeking an energetic Human Resources & Benefits Administrator to join our thriving manufacturing team. This role is integral to our company's success, as you will be responsible for managing and administering critical HR functions, including employee relations, compensation, talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, interviewing, and onboarding. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in these areas and a passion for creating a positive, productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and administer all aspects of employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement initiatives.
2. Oversee the company's compensation program, ensuring that all employees are compensated fairly and in accordance with industry standards.
3. Lead talent acquisition efforts, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
4. Develop and implement talent management strategies to retain top performers and develop future leaders.
5. Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve productivity and job satisfaction.
6. Conduct interviews and facilitate onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
7. Administer company benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
8. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
9. Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
10. Participate in professional development activities to stay current with HR trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
2. Proficiency in FMLA, SHRM, Employee Relations, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Management, Interviewing, Onboarding, and other HR functions.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
5. Familiarity with HRIS systems and other HR technology.
6. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
7. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
8. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
9. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
