The position is a non-tenure track, twelve-month role as a Director/Professor of the Practice overseeing the Human and Organizational Performance Effectiveness (HOPE) program at the Edwards Campus.

Responsibilities include

  • providing strategic leadership for master’s and certificate programs, managing faculty, budgets, and program quality,
  • recruiting students and engaging with professional communities,
  • developing curriculum and ensuring relevance,
  • teaching courses in leadership and organizational change,
  • and
  • participating in service activities within the university and professional associations.

Qualifications require a doctorate in a related field, extensive professional experience, teaching in higher education, leadership in academic programs, and strong communication skills.

Initial appointment is for 3 years, with review for renewal, and the start date is anticipated for August 1, 2026.
