We are hiring a Full-Time HOURLY SOUS CHEF to prepare and cook food, supervise kitchen staff, and ensure food safety and quality standards.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, hours vary between 6:00am-5:30pm, with open availability preferred.
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00/hour.
Requirements: knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen safety, and cold prep.
Responsibilities include following recipes, supervising staff, managing inventory, maintaining sanitation, and interacting with customers.
