High school diplma or GED. (18+ only)

Strong communication skills written and verbal.
Provide customer service skills to and for every Guest.
Good understanding of procedures and practices in the hospitality industry.
Strong organization and time management skills.
Performing Front Desk Clerk duties while working front desk alone.
Ensuring that the Front Desk reception and lobby area is kept clean and organized.
Answering phone calls, reserving bookings, making appointments, and answering emails.
Filing, updating records, etc. as needed.
Reporting all and any concerns to Manager and Owner.
