The Machine Technician II is responsible for providing high-quality repairs on equipment to meet customer needs efficiently and safely.
- Complete assigned tasks within specified times, diagnose and troubleshoot issues, and perform critical repairs and adjustments.
- Follow safety policies, contamination control, and HAZMAT regulations.
- Accurately complete paperwork and access relevant databases.
- Work with various tools, diagnostic software, and equipment, mentoring team members as needed.
- Maintain certifications (e.g., forklift, MSHA, air-conditioning) and work flexible schedules, including overtime and travel up to 20%.
- Operate in environments with mechanical hazards, chemicals, and varying conditions, with accommodations available for disabilities.
- Requires a high school diploma or related experience, knowledge of tools and diagnostics, and ability to work safely and effectively.
