The Head of Direct Private Investments (DPI) will lead the strategic development and execution of DPI activities within the Wealth Investment Solutions team.
They will originate, evaluate, and manage private investment opportunities for UHNW clients, collaborating with internal teams and external sponsors.
The role involves overseeing deal pipelines, conducting due diligence, managing approvals, and ensuring compliance and risk controls.
They will develop product frameworks, stay informed on market trends, and serve as a thought leader through industry engagement.
The ideal candidate has 15+ years in investment banking, private equity, or related fields, with strong analytical, negotiation, and relationship skills, plus relevant financial expertise.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, with advanced degrees or CFA preferred.
