General Manager Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure excellence in food quality, cleanliness, speed of service, and guest experience
Lead and develop Front of House and Back of House leadership teams
Manage staffing needs including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts
Drive operational performance and accountability through coaching, goal setting, and follow-up
Ensure labor, food cost, and operational metrics are managed effectively
Maintain a positive, high-performance culture aligned with Chick-fil-A values
Oversee scheduling and deployment to ensure proper staffing levels during all shifts
Train and develop leaders and team members to support growth and succession planning
Ensure compliance with all Chick-fil-A standards, food safety procedures, and health regulations
Analyze business performance and identify opportunities for operational improvement
Support and execute catering, marketing, and community engagement initiatives
Lead by example in professionalism, hospitality, and servant leadership
Manage conflict resolution and team member accountability in a professional and timely manner
Collaborate with the Operator to execute vision, strategy, and long-term business goals
Ensure systems and processes are in place to create consistency across all areas of the business
Monitor guest feedback and implement solutions to improve the overall guest experience
Foster a culture of teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement throughout the restaurant
Responsible for working with the Training Director to ensure eRQA’s and Safe Daily Critical’s are done daily

Qualifications:
4+ Years of recent Restaurant Management experience
Demonstrates loyalty, integrity, motivation, trustworthiness, dependability, empathy, and professionalism
A passion for people and service
Able to lead, coach and delegate a team of individuals in a fast-paced environment
Able to make quick decisions with the restaurant's best interest in mind
