General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure excellence in food quality, cleanliness, speed of service, and guest experience
  • Lead and develop Front of House and Back of House leadership teams
  • Manage staffing needs including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and retention efforts
  • Drive operational performance and accountability through coaching, goal setting, and follow-up
  • Ensure labor, food cost, and operational metrics are managed effectively
  • Maintain a positive, high-performance culture aligned with Chick-fil-A values
  • Oversee scheduling and deployment to ensure proper staffing levels during all shifts
  • Train and develop leaders and team members to support growth and succession planning
  • Ensure compliance with all Chick-fil-A standards, food safety procedures, and health regulations
  • Analyze business performance and identify opportunities for operational improvement
  • Support and execute catering, marketing, and community engagement initiatives
  • Lead by example in professionalism, hospitality, and servant leadership
  • Manage conflict resolution and team member accountability in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with the Operator to execute vision, strategy, and long-term business goals
  • Ensure systems and processes are in place to create consistency across all areas of the business
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement solutions to improve the overall guest experience
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement throughout the restaurant
  • Responsible for working with the Training Director to ensure eRQA’s and Safe Daily Critical’s are done daily

Qualifications: 

  • 4+ Years of recent Restaurant Management experience 
  • Demonstrates loyalty, integrity, motivation, trustworthiness, dependability, empathy, and professionalism
  • A passion for people and service
  • Able to lead, coach and delegate a team of individuals in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to make quick decisions with the restaurant's best interest in mind
