Charlotte’s Best Nanny Agency is assisting a family in Plaza Midwood in finding a Full-Time Nanny for their 4-month-old son. The nanny would be needed Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.
The best nanny for this family would be nurturing, reliable, kind, and experienced in caring for infants. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of developmental milestones and be proactive in supporting the child’s growth through age-appropriate activities and engagement.
Responsibilities will include creating and maintaining a consistent daily schedule, incorporating tummy time, developmental play, reading, singing, neighborhood strolls, and other enriching activities throughout the day. The family is looking for a nanny who will keep their child engaged and active with a strict no-screen-time approach. As the child grows, the nanny will take him to the park, playground, library, and local story times to support social and developmental growth.
