The Store Support Lead role involves assisting store leadership and associates with administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.

  • Support payroll, scheduling, cash handling, and supply orders in partnership with leadership.
  • Use technology to communicate, plan, and execute routines effectively.
  • Maintain associate and office areas for safety and engagement.
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation of new associates, ensuring compliance.
  • Manage operational tasks, shortage reduction, and monitor store training and audits.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot in-store technology devices.
  • Work cross-functionally in various store departments as scheduled.
  • All Lead roles require integrity, teamwork, strong communication, customer focus, and adherence to safety policies. Flexibility in hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential. Preferred experience includes decision-making in fast-paced environments and retail or service industry background. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, walk, and perform manual tasks is required. Starting pay is $13.30.
