Fresh Food Team Member II - Packer/Feeder

This position offers a base hourly wage of $19.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonus based on company performance.

Feeding

1. Keep the line moving by understanding the right spacing and speed for each product.
2. Ensure all ingredients are in code and ready to use safely.
3. Grab the correct ingredients and utensils for each item.
4. Adjust pace as needed to match staffing changes or ingredient issues while keeping the line consistent.
5. Verify labels for accuracy.
6. Communicate clearly with team members to keep production flowing.
7. Assemble and prep RTE items with care and attention to quality. 

Packing

1. Accurately record quantities, start/stop times, use-by dates, lot numbers, UPCs, and dot colors.
2. Verify labels on all products before packing.
3. Check presentation and appearance to make sure every item looks great.
4. Perform metal detector checks and record results accurately.
5. Assemble and package RTE items efficiently while keeping the line moving.

Education

• High School Diploma/GED preferred

Experience

• Foodservice or warehouse experience preferred

Licenses/Certifications

• None required

Tools & Equipment (Other than general office equipment):

• Hand tools (hammer, measuring devices, wrench, level, etc.
• Motorized Equipment (generators, pressure washer, fork lift, etc.)
• Foodservice equipment such as slicers, knives, etc.
