The Forklift Operator Lv1 position is a 3-month assignment based in Memphis, TN, working Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
The role involves safely operating forklifts, tow tractors, and related equipment to move, stack, and stage products while ensuring safety and housekeeping standards are maintained.
Responsibilities include operating equipment for shipping and receiving, lifting and moving 50 lb. bags (approximately 75% of shift), staging products according to HACCP and company standards, and maintaining a clean warehouse environment. The position requires performing physical activities such as standing, climbing, bending, carrying, and working in confined spaces.
Requirements include prior forklift experience with safe operation, the ability to repeatedly lift 50 lbs., and passing a background check and drug test.
