We are seeking an experienced Data Center Foreman to lead structured cabling and infrastructure projects in mission-critical environments.
- Lead and supervise data center technicians on cabling projects, including pulling, routing, dressing, termination, and testing (copper & fiber)
- Read and interpret blueprints, rack elevations, and cable schedules
- Coordinate daily work activities to meet productivity targets
- Enforce safety standards and conduct safety briefings
- Ensure installations adhere to TIA/EIA and quality standards
- Maintain documentation and report progress
- Serve as the on-site contact for project managers and clients
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of structured cabling/data center experience
- 2+ years in a foreman or crew lead role
- Strong knowledge of copper and fiber optic installation
- Experience working in live data center environments
- Ability to manage crews, timelines, and priorities
- OSHA 10/30 preferred; BICSI certification preferred
