The Production Clerk works under supervision to maintain Food Service records, process participation data, prepare deposits, organize invoices, and compile reports for satellite schools.
Responsibilities include reconciling cashier reports, managing employee travel and timesheets, receiving counts, addressing discrepancies, and serving as a cashier/kitchen worker.
The role requires strong organizational, mathematical, and computer skills, confidentiality, and flexibility. Must obtain a Food Safety certification within 30 days and adhere to health standards.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, basic tech skills, and physical ability to perform duties. Work involves inside and outside tasks, possible after-hours work, and working in various environments. Salary and schedule are set by the Board.
