Job Description: Flexo Press Operator
We are seeking a skilled Flexo Press Operator to set up, adjust, maintain, and operate printing press equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review job orders and make necessary adjustments to the press.
- Install and configure press components, including ink rollers and printing plates.
- Test inks and paints to ensure proper application and print quality.
- Oversee the production of printed materials, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely completion.
- Perform regular maintenance on press equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, including unusual noises or malfunctions.
- Maintain a clean and organized press area.
Required Skills and Experience:- Proficiency in reading and understanding written instructions in English.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating a flexographic press (required).
- At least 1 year of general printing experience (required).
