Pay: $20–$35/hr DOE + steady full-time work
Wise Way Finish Carpentry is a family-owned residential carpentry company specializing in interior trim, doors, and cabinetry installation. We’ve been serving Pierce, South King, and Thurston Counties for over 20 years, and with our growing workload, we’re looking to add a skilled Finish Carpenter to our team.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in trim carpentry / finish carpentry (doors, casing, base, crown, cabinetry, hardware).
Ability to work efficiently and produce quality craftsmanship.
Dependable, honest, and a strong team player.
Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid WA State driver’s license.
