We are seeking a results-driven Field Marketing Manager, North America to plan and execute regional marketing programs that drive pipeline growth, accelerate revenue, and support product adoption across the North American market.
This role is responsible for translating global field marketing strategy into high-impact, localized field marketing programs aligned with North American sales priorities. You will work closely with regional sales leadership, SDRs, product marketing, and the wider marketing team to deliver integrated campaigns, events, and enablement that convert demand into pipeline.
This is a hands-on role focused on execution, optimization, and regional impact, reporting to the Director of Field Marketing. This is a full-time position, working in a hybrid model, and reporting to our Scottsdale office at least 3-4 days a week. The target compensation package for this role is between USD 95,000 and $105,000, subject upon internal equity and years of experience. We may make further adjustments through an approval process if the targeted compensation range needs to be modified based on business needs and market trends.

Strategy & Planning
Campaign Execution
Plan and execute integrated, multi-touch campaigns across events, webinars, email, digital, and partner channels.
Manage and deliver regional programs including:
Industry and partner events
Trade shows and exhibitions
VIP and customer events
Webinars and virtual programs
Email campaigns and nurture programs
Localize global campaigns and messaging to ensure relevance for North American audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
Partner with Product Marketing to ensure field programs leverage the right positioning, messaging, and content.
Sales Alignment & Enablement
Performance Measurement & Optimization
Track and report on key performance metrics including:
Leads, MQLs, SQLs
Pipeline contribution and influenced revenue
Analyze campaign performance and ROI to inform optimization and future planning.
Ensure accurate campaign tracking and attribution in HubSpot and Salesforce in partnership with Marketing Operations.
Budget & Operations
Additional tasks associated with this position may be assigned in response to company initiatives and business needs.
