We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment / Diesel Mechanic to join our Shop Operations Team.
Responsibilities include inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining construction equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, graders, loaders, and dump trucks.
This role is primarily shop-based with occasional field work.
The ideal candidate is proactive, safety-conscious, and skilled in diagnosing hydraulic, electrical, and diesel systems.
Key duties involve performing diagnostics, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, and more.
They will document work, maintain safety standards, assist with inspections, and respond to field breakdowns as needed.
Requirements include at least 3 years of relevant experience, understanding of heavy machinery systems, proficiency with diagnostic tools, and a valid driver’s license.
Physical ability to lift 20+ pounds, work in demanding environments, and willingness to work overtime is essential.
