Family Nurse Practitioner- Remote

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to provide telemedicine coverage (flexible schedule). The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a wide range of urgent care, primary care and peptides/weight loss cases remotely. Most patient encounters involve non-emergent, outpatient-level issues such as:

• Musculoskeletal injuries (sprains, strains, minor trauma)
• Upper and lower respiratory infections (URI, sinusitis, bronchitis)
• Urinary tract infections (UTI)
• Medication refills and management
• Lifestyle and wellness consultations (e.g., erectile dysfunction, sleep health)
• GLP-1s and other peptides modalities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and accurate virtual medical consultations for patients across multiple states.
• Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions within the scope of telemedicine.
• Document all patient encounters thoroughly in the EMR system.
• Prescribe medications and order diagnostics when appropriate.
• Adhere to all federal and state regulations and telemedicine best practices.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Completion of a Family Nurse Practitioner program from an accredited institution.
• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
• Active medical licenses in 20+ states (20+ licensure highly preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience post- certification (telemedicine experience strongly preferred).
• Obesity medicine or peptide knowledge highly preferred.

Benefits
