This locally owned firm has built an outstanding reputation for providing compassionate, client-focused representation while maintaining strong ties to the local community. The firm is seeking an attorney with at least 3 years of family law experience who is fluent in both English and Spanish. This position offers the opportunity to work on meaningful family law matters while joining a collaborative and community-driven legal team.
Responsibilities
Manage cases from intake through resolution
Attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences
Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents
Communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking clients
Provide compassionate and strategic legal counsel throughout the legal process
Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school
Licensed and in good standing in Colorado or eligible for admission
Minimum of 3 years of family law experience required
Fluent in both English and Spanish
Strong litigation, negotiation, and client communication skills
Ability to independently manage a caseload while working collaboratively with the team
