Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is seeking a motivated and experienced facilities professional to support the agency’s mission of keeping people and businesses moving by leading the maintenance, repair, and operational readiness of critical North Central Region (NCR) facilities and infrastructure. This position plays a vital leadership role by supervising, scheduling, and directing trade crews responsible for maintaining and improving a wide variety of state facilities, including regional headquarters, maintenance area offices, salt sheds, radio sites, and safety rest areas. The successful candidate will oversee corrective, preventive, and emergency maintenance activities while coordinating with staff, contractors, vendors, and partner agencies to ensure facilities remain safe, functional, and operational.
