Supports daily Food & Beverage operations by providing administrative, clerical, and coordination assistance to ensure efficient communication, document management, and project execution.
Key responsibilities include managing calendars, preparing reports and correspondence, maintaining records, coordinating meetings and staff schedules, overseeing permits and inventory, and facilitating onboarding for new managers.
Handles procurement processes, tracks budgets, processes vendor documentation, and monitors inventory supplies. Acts as a liaison with vendors, guests, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and guest service.
Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to handle sensitive information. Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, and work professionally under pressure in an indoor environment. Supervisory responsibilities are indirect, supporting the Director and Assistant Director of F&B.
