The Boeing Company is currently seeking an **Experienced** **Contracts Management Specialist** to join the KC-46 Contracts team in **Tukwila, WA** or **Everett, WA** . The individual chosen for this role will support the KC-46 Tanker Program. This is an opportunity for a high performer who is looking to join a growing program and gain impactful contracts experience with a variety of contract types and customer stakeholders. The global fleet of KC-46 tankers is growing, and that means this is an exciting time to join the program - with Production, Development and Sustainment opportunities on the horizon. **Position Responsibilities:** + Exercises appropriate signature authority and participates in negotiating and contracting for the sale and support of aerospace products, services, technologies, financing and the licensing of intellectual property to support company strategies + Presents and develops complex business solutions to preserve and expand the business + Represents the company in external negotiations to a diverse set of customers + Prepares, negotiates, executes, interprets and administers legally binding contractual agreements of a complex nature for The Boeing Company + Coordinates and partners with other internal functional disciplines + Summarizes complex contractual issues, and develops creative solutions for contractual risk mitigation + Builds effective customer relationships **This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.
