This role is a field-driven Sales Arborist position responsible for managing the full client lifecycle, developing high-quality, profitable business, and building strong customer relationships.
You will assess tree health needs, develop accurate proposals, handle site visits, estimates, and job coordination, and support long-term plant health care programs.
The role offers uncapped commissions with potential earnings of $1M–$3M+ annually, along with benefits like a vehicle, health insurance, PTO, and ongoing training.
Candidates should have 3-5+ years of arboricultural sales experience, relevant certifications (ISA preferred), strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
