Advanced Personnel Resources is recruiting for an Executive Administrative Assistant for a well-established organization in the Triad area. This position will provide high-level administrative and office management support to senior leadership within the finance and administration division. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting multiple leaders, departments, projects, and priorities.This role requires strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion. The Executive Administrative Assistant will serve as a key point of contact for internal staff, visitors, and department leadership while helping ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.Type: Temp to HirePay: up to 50,000 annually Benefits offered by APR until you are hired by our client:Medical, Dental, Term Life, Short-Term Disability, Holiday Pay, Service Bonus, Direct DepositKey Responsibilities:Provide administrative and office management support to senior leadership within finance and administrationManage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and assist with meeting preparationCoordinate committee, group, and departmental meetings as neededAssist with daily office operations, including phones, correspondence, filing, word processing, spreadsheets, editing, and general administrative supportSupport departmental projects, processes, and communication across multiple internal teamsTrack and process budget-related transactions, including check requests, purchase requests, contracts, catering orders, expense corrections, and fund transfersAllocate and reconcile procurement card charges in a timely and accurate mannerProcess travel arrangements, professional development expenses, and travel reimbursement reportsMaintain confidential files, records, and sensitive informationAssist with organizational events, meetings, and special projects as neededSupport committees and search processes when requestedSupervise, train, and delegate assignments to student or temporary office support staff as applicableQualified Candidates Should Have:Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent administrative experience will also be considered1–2 years of related administrative, office support, executive support, finance support, or customer service experienceStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookExperience with online software systems, data entry, document management, and administrative trackingStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple schedules, tasks, and projects at one timeAbility to work independently while also functioning well within a team environmentProfessional, service-focused approach when communicating with internal staff, leadership, and visitorsAbility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced, evolving workplaceHigh level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential informationThis is an excellent opportunity for a polished administrative professional who enjoys supporting leadership, coordinating details, managing office operations, and serving as a dependable resource across departments.Please attach your resume (MS Word if possible) to submission.
