We are seeking a Night Client Service Representative with at least 1 year of veterinary experience to join our team.
As the face of the practice, you will greet clients, answer calls, schedule appointments, and assist with customer inquiries.
You will also handle payments, recommend products and services, educate clients on pet care, and manage medical records.
Responsibilities include maintaining a clean facility and supporting hospital operations.
The shift varies from 2p-1030p to 4p-1230a, including weekends, with a shift differential for overnight hours.
Compensation is $17/hr, with benefits such as medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k), and employee pet discounts.
