Escrow Support Manager

The Escrow Support Manager is responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Your specific duties will include:
- Manage and supervise a high-volume escrow support team.
- Oversee daily production workflow and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor workloads, adjust staffing, and approve overtime as needed.
- Review escrow documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Resolve escalated and complex escrow issues.
- Ensure adherence to escrow procedures, company policies, and regulations.
- Partner with branch teams on expectations, process updates, and quality standards.
- Prepare and present production and performance reports.
- Interview, hire, train, coach, and develop team members.
- Conduct performance reviews and address performance issues.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3–5 years of escrow processing or loan closing experience.
- Minimum 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
- Experience managing high-volume, deadline-driven workflows.
- Strong knowledge of escrow procedures and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and escrow-related systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with operational metrics and productivity reporting.
- Familiarity with P&L statements and cost awareness.
