AZ Marketing Inc., a sales and marketing firm, is hiring an Sales & Client Experience Representative to represent Frontier’s Internet and TV services in Cypress. The Sales & Client Experience Representative will consult with customers to determine their needs, recommend Frontier plans, and facilitate smooth enrollments. The Sales & Client Experience Representative position emphasizes sales performance, customer education, and ongoing engagement to maximize satisfaction and loyalty.


As an Entry‑Level Sales & Customer Experience Associate, you will receive training in Frontier’s Internet and TV offerings, including installation protocols and customer experience fundamentals. The Entry‑Level Sales & Customer Experience Associate will then help customers select services that meet streaming, gaming, and remote work needs, while highlighting premium packages and bundled solutions that drive sales growth.


Core Functions of the Sales & Client Experience Representative

  • Engage customers with helpful advice on Frontier Internet and TV plans designed for reliable connectivity and quality entertainment.
  • Deliver excellent customer experience while guiding customers toward Frontier bundles that combine high-speed Internet with their favorite TV channels.
  • Process and confirm Frontier Internet and TV orders promptly to create smooth onboarding and positive sales outcomes.
  • Follow up after activation to ensure customers are enjoying their Frontier service and offer meaningful upgrade suggestions.
  • Blend attentive customer support with strategic sales conversations to maximize Frontier Internet and TV adoption.
  • Maintain thorough customer documentation to uphold service quality and contribute to overall Frontier sales performance.

Education & Experience Needed for the Sales & Client Experience Representative

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Experience in sales or customer experience is a plus.
  • Detail‑oriented in documenting enrollments, service comparisons, and follow‑ups.
  • Team‑oriented mindset to collaborate with sales associates.
  • Enthusiasm for structured training and career growth in sales and customer experience.
