Entry Level Fiber Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Entry-Level Fiber Assistant to join our Draper, Utah team. This is a customer-facing role, where the Entry-Level Fiber Assistant will support fiber installation and service teams while interacting directly with customers. As an Entry-Level Fiber Assistant, you’ll help ensure installations run smoothly, assist with equipment setup, and provide excellent service. You will also provide support, helping customers understand their service, troubleshoot basic issues, and maintain a positive in-person experience.

Responsibilities as an Entry-Level Fiber Assistant:

• Assist fiber installation and service teams in person as a reliable Entry-Level Fiber Assistant
• Help set up equipment, prepare job sites, and ensure installations go smoothly
• Provide guidance to customers and answer basic questions through support
• Track work progress, document installations, and report updates accurately
• Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient workflows and a high level of service
• Support follow-ups and troubleshooting for customers by delivering strong support
• Represent the company professionally during all in-person interactions as an Entry-Level Fiber Assistant
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members as needed while reinforcing support

Qualifications as an Entry-Level Fiber Assistant:

• High school Diploma, GED, or equivalent education
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in person with customers and team members throughout the day
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented with a focus on support
• Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or fieldwork is a plus but not required
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally in Draper
