The Customer Service Advisor will essentially foster positive relationships with clients and employ strategic sales and customer service techniques.
Primary Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Service Advisor
- As a Customer Service Advisor you will execute direct day to day customer service requests from clients while leaving a lasting impression and driving sales
- Support service changes such as account upgrades, adjustments and renewals
- Clearly explain and guide customers while providing expertise solutions to their questions and concerns
- Flag complex service issues and escalate to senior support, sales or technical teams
- Collaborate with associate Customer Service Advisors to meet performance goals and share best service delivery and sales practises
- Represent our brand partners with professionalism, enthusiasm and a commitment to high quality customer service delivery
- Join ongoing Customer Service Advisor learning sessions to stay updated on latest services updates, sales and campaign plans
Skills and experience of the Entry Level Customer Service Advisor
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer support techniques
- Communication skills with the ability to interact with a variety of clients
- Problem solving skills
- Comfortable using digital tools and softwares to track sales and customer service data
- Empathetic and committed to delivering high quality service
- Capable of managing customer requests
