The Engineer 1 is responsible for maintaining the hotel's facilities to ensure optimal condition with minimal guest disruption.
Responsibilities include performing repairs and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, pool/spa equipment, and furniture; troubleshooting and repairing appliances and electronic systems; and ensuring compliance with safety codes.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, with prior experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
Candidates should be physically capable of heavy work, possess strong communication skills, and be flexible with hours.
They must demonstrate problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a service-oriented attitude.
