Seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee a book of employee benefits business.
Primary responsibilities include acting as the main client contact, addressing inquiries, providing guidance on coverage options, and resolving concerns.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, manage renewals, prepare market analyses, and handle carrier submissions.
Assist clients with open enrollments, conduct presentations, manage billing and eligibility, and support ID card processes.
Mentor Customer Service Representatives and occasionally travel to meet client needs.
Requirements include 5+ years in employee benefits insurance, proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication skills, and a current TX Life, Health & Accident license.
Strong customer service focus and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently are essential.
Negligible travel expected.
