Responsibilities include maintaining and troubleshooting electrical systems for chillers, pumps, and cooling towers, including motors, VFDs, and control systems.
They perform preventive maintenance, support PLC and BAS/SCADA systems, calibrate instrumentation, and interpret technical diagrams.
The role involves working safely on low to medium voltage systems, executing equipment testing, upgrades, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications include a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, Journeyman Electrician license, industrial electrical experience preferred, and strong communication skills.
Physical demands include frequent standing, walking, and lifting, with work conditions involving outdoor environments, heights, and hazardous materials.
The position requires extended hours, occasional travel, and proper PPE usage.
