The Dual Property Director of Human Resources is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with hotel objectives, serving as a key member of the executive team.
They will oversee hiring, onboarding, performance management, employee development, and retention programs, ensuring fair treatment and addressing staff concerns.
Additional duties include administering payroll, benefits, and compensation plans; ensuring compliance with employment laws and safety regulations; managing HR files, reports, and budgets; and leading the HR team for efficient workflow.
They will coordinate staff training, create seasonal hiring plans, manage work permits/visas, oversee performance reviews, and handle employee records and wellness programs.
Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in HR or hospitality management, with strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills, along with expert HR knowledge.
