This role involves providing courteous, friendly interaction with guests, residents, and staff, including valet, parking, and mail/package services.
Responsibilities include greeting guests, safely parking and retrieving vehicles, explaining parking options, and assisting at the concierge desk with scheduling transportation, reservations, work orders, and coordinating events.
Additional duties include light clerical tasks, answering calls, monitoring emergency systems, and ensuring a positive first impression of the community.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and customer service experience, preferably in a senior living setting.
There are no supervisory responsibilities.
