This position involves providing courteous guest, resident, and staff interactions, including valet, parking, and mail/package services.
- Greet guests and residents cheerfully, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles, explain parking options, and assist at the concierge desk with scheduling transportation, reservations, and work orders.
- Help set up and break down events, perform light clerical tasks, and back-up phone duties.
- Monitor emergency systems during daytime hours and uphold community standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
